One Play Away was founded in 2010 as a resource for student-athletes to receive guidance with their academic and athletic transition from middle school to high school. In our young existence we have been able to host sport camps to help athletes develop their talents to be more competitive. Also, we provide mentoring and leadership programs to encourage them into becoming a great student-athlete.

The One Play Away mission is to help young people take advantage of all their opportunities to be successful academically and athletically. We believe that if an athlete is successful on the field, that same success should be matched in the classroom. One Play Away promotes the importance of student-athletes to be prepared, focused, and committed when opportunity is presented to them on and off the field.
